The JoMax Group, Inc. (JoMax) was incorporated in 2004.  Founded by Oscar Figueroa, JoMax provides consulting, education and business development services to businesses, institutions, colleges and universities, as well as individual professionals. In 2011, JoMax also created a Product Licensing Group to license and promote its new Eagle Head Logo.
