Introduction

In 2010, JoMax launched its Business Development initiative by signing a Sales Representation Agreement with Axion International, Inc. (Axion), a company based in New Jersey, USA. JoMax represents Axion products in select markets and with approved customers-accounts.

Axion installs more quickly than concrete, is lighter than steel, and is virtually impervious to the elements. It will not rust, splinter, crumble, rot, absorb moisture or leach toxic chemicals into the environment. Axion is completely impervious to infestation by insects, marine borers and other marine parasites. Axion requires no special tools or training for installation, is durable and requires virtually no maintenance with a dramatically lower total lifetime cost.

Axion’s technologies, which were developed by scientists at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, can transform recycled consumer and industrial plastics into structural products which are more durable and have a substantially greater useful life than traditional products made from wood, steel and concrete. Axion's recycled composite products will result in substantial reduction in greenhouse gases and also offer flexible design features not available in standard building materials.
